Returns

Glass Railing: If you receive glass railing that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a return and replacement of the damaged items.
Retractable Bioclimatic Pergolas and PVC Fabric Pergolas: Due to the custom nature of these products, returns are accepted only in cases of damage or defect upon delivery. Please inspect your pergola upon receipt and notify us within 7 days if there are any issues.

Refunds

Refunds for damaged or defective items will be processed promptly upon receipt of returned goods.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Orders for custom-made products, such as retractable bioclimatic pergolas and PVC fabric pergolas, cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
For glass railing orders, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order to avoid production and restocking fees.
